I ordered a bin online for the Margaret River Speedway and within half an hour was delivered. Prompt service and nothing was a problem. Always pays off to use the local crew. Will definitely use again.

I came back home to help mum and dad clean up and their property.I now live interstate in Melbourne and deal with skip bin companies, demo companies and everything in between on a daily basis in Melbourne through my business.I was pleasantly surprised at the service and the can do attitude from Hastie Waste. They knew I had to go back to Vic and kept up with the machines loading out the bins so I could get the job done in time.Not all skip bin companies have that attitude or capability.Craig the truck driver was great to deal with. On the side of a hill with not much room we got it done.He even came back at the end of his day to swap the last bin out so I could fly out early the next daySame goes for office. The ladies were great to deal with. Friendly, efficient and most of all could have a laugh.Thanks heaps for your help.

We terminated their service as their driver has been aggressive and abusive towards our staff. We advised this to the receptionist . Then the next day before the long weekend they dumped a big red waste bin in front of our building on the DISABLE CAR PARK . For God Sake be professional and grow up!

Rang them for a bin, oredered the larger one than wanted due to they had none left of the smaller ones(that was fine) stated that it would need to be picked up on Friday as the yard needs to be cleared before Saturday. Paid for the bin, got delivered right were i needed it. Friday came, no pick up, rang them, they got back to me after hours (was pleased) arranged for bin to be picked up Saturday as they forgot to note the pick up day down. Came picked it up. Monday arrived, was told an extra $75 will be taken out of my bank acc as there were mattresses in the bin. Their website at the time didn't state anything about mattresses, i didn't receive an email or terms and conditions about being no mattresses. We were home Saturday, they didn't knock on the door about the mattresses. I rang them back spoke to them, they said “oh yes because you ordered over the phone i forgot to tell you about mattresses and such, sorry about that” “ so its ok to deduct the extra cost?” Told them “no, its not my fault if you forgot to tell me, you emailed me the invoice for the bin, why not t&cs.” 1 week later,,, invoice sent to me requiring payment. Pretty poor :(
