We have been dealing with representative Arpit for many years and he has been very professional and helpful at all times with his support for our business and the service from instant waste has been very reliable.

Woke me up at 5 am illegally collecting skip from house build in residential area . Driver was abusive when challenged. Rang to complain and did not ring back . Do not use them . No thought for anyone. You are not allowed to work on a building site without specific permission before 7 am .

Want to give a big shoutout to our regular bin service guy, Wayne Roberts. His communication is always excellent; He is always on time and he will always make effort to get out of his truck to pick up the tiniest bit of paper after emptying our bin. Thank you Wayne! Charl, Bullsbrook.

I have to praise Arpit on his outstanding efforts! I had an incident at a commercial premises during heavy downpours - Arpit did everything he could to arrange the appropriate removal and clean up required during a short week when Perth was experiencing unrelenting weather.I would absolutely engage the services of Instant Waste Management again and will recommend without hesitation.

We have been using Instant Waste for our commercial bin for our small business for 3 + years. Have never had a problem. Price is competitive, they are quick to respond if needing an additional lift outside regular cycle and staff have been attentive and efficient.

Please avoid this business if possible. Truck reversed into vehicle and then did not stop to render assistance. Company said they would investigate and then ghosted. If this is an example of the company values and operating practices I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere if possible.

Bad Service!! So sad coz our restaurant has been using their service for 6 years already. They have no sense of appreciating loyal customers. Beware of their record sent to you stating that they have cleared the bins. Double check on CCTV if you have to make sure they come or check the bin on the date they are supposed to have done the job. Numerous times caught them not doing the clearing and say they did with docket signed by driver. After many complaints, even they have adjusted the payment invoice, now have found another company to replace their service.Have to call the office again to tell them they over charged us for 2 week's recycle bin that they did not perform. (evidence with CCTV record). Accounts dept knowing that we are no longer with them, when we called them to adjust the invoice, the tone of voice was so so very unfriendly. didn't you hear me that I just said I will adjust the invoice??!!!"So SAD!!!! So angry!!!"

Twice our bin hasn't emptied and apparently it is our problem. Often rubbish falls onto the ground and the driver leaves it on the ground and drives off.

I needed a bin urgently for my business, I called some other companies and they couldn't come and see me till Wednesday, I called Instant Waste Management on the Friday and they said someone would be in contact. At 3:30pm Arpit turned up unannounced. He was professional, knowledgeable, a great personality and could see the urgency required of their services. We got the deal done there and then. Highly recommend this company great service.
